We understand that mistakes can happen. If you receive an incorrect order—meaning the items shipped differ from what you originally ordered—we’re happy to help. In such cases:


  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • The incorrect item(s) must be sealed and unused.
  • Once verified, we will initiate an exchange and ship you the correct item(s) at no additional cost.

  • We do not accept exchanges for reasons other than incorrect items received.
  • Opened, unsealed, or used products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
